limited product lifetime warranty
If you are reading this your either have an “issue” with your current STM bag or you just like reading about warranties. Good news! We write some mean warranty copy!! We also stand behind our products, so read on.
Thank you for buying an STM product. In the event that you do have a problem, we are happy to inspect the product in question. STM warrants to the original purchaser that our products are free from defect in materials and workmanship. If, after inspection, we find that the product is defective, we will repair or replace it without charge.
You may not qualify for warranty replacement or repair if your bag is affected by accidental damage, misuse, improper care or alteration, animal attack, or the natural breakdown of materials that may occur after extended use of the product. This warranty also excludes claims for incidental or consequential loss.
If the product is found to be defective, STM’s only obligation and the purchaser’s sole and exclusive remedy is the repair or replacement of the STM product. STM shall have no liability or responsibility to the purchaser or any other person for any special, incidental or consequential losses or damages caused or alleged to be caused directly or indirectly by the product.
All warranty returns must be sent to STM at the purchaser’s expense. We cannot process your warranty until we receive your product.

Promotion/branded products are not covered by this warranty.
Except for the express warranty stated above, STM makes no other warranties with respect to the product, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
