STM warrants to the original purchaser that our products* are free from defect in materials and workmanship. If, after inspection, we find that the product is defective in materials or workmanship, we will repair or replace it without charge.

remedy is the repair or replacement of the STM product. STM shall have no liability or responsibility All returns must be sent to STM at the purchaser’s expense. We cannot process your warranty until we receive your product. To make a claim, contact info@stmbags.com.au and your closest STM rep will contact you as soon as possible. If there is a problem with the bag according to this warranty, we will repair or replace the bag with the same or a similar product to the same value as the original. Please note that proof of purchase must be provided to make a warranty claim. Promotion/branded products are not covered by this warranty. Except for the express warranty stated above, STM makes no other warranties with respect to the product, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
